Unleash the Power of Collaboration

Unleash the Power of Collaboration

Unleash the Power of Collaboration

There is no question that a lone individual can accomplish great things. One person with commitment and dedication to the task can do marvels. Yet when we stop to ponder the achievements attributed to individuals, they somewhat pale in comparison to what a team can accomplish.

Take for example, the pyramids. It probably took hundreds if not thousands of people to build them. There are other great examples of team accomplishment, the Hoover Dam, Machu Pichu, and Mount Rushmore to name a few.

No doubt I am missing other great examples of the power of collaboration. There is something powerful about a team coming together to accomplish a single task. Behind every great person, be it an athlete or a performer, there is a team.

Unleash the power!

We live in an exciting time. Consider what collaboration looked like at the turn of the 19th century. The telegraph, homing pigeons, railroads and mail carriers were some of the methods used to deliver messages.

Imagine your message taking weeks to months to deliver then waiting weeks to month for a response. I am sure that patience was more prevalent during this time period. Yet despite the difficulty and time involved collaboration and the sharing of ideas still took place.

Today it only takes a few seconds to send a message and receive a response. And in our modern era we have numerous choices when it comes to communication. We can use platforms such as Teams, or Slack. Or there a whole host of other options such as Snap Chat, Facebook, and Twitter.  I didn’t even mention text messaging, or email.

Still, with so many options for communications there are challenges. Unified communications can be a powerful tool for your team to collaborate. Unfortunately, not every phone system incorporates video and audio conferencing along with chat. And many manufacturers offer these collaboration features as add-ons that require additional fees to access them.

The Power of 3CX

Enter 3CX with its plethora of features and no per user licensing. With 3CX you get all the features you demand from a business phone system with features for collaboration. The collaboration tools available are chat, and web conferencing. Like Teams and Slack you can share files and share your screen, so you don’t lose any of the benefits of online collaboration.

The other products are great, and each have their pluses and minuses. However, I like the ability to initiate a chat session, or hold a web conference all from within the 3CX client. It truly provides a seamless experience and increases productivity and is a real time saver.
